Sr HR Analyst LATAM Compensation and Benefits

Our client is a leading multinational organization recognized for its strong presence and innovation in its field. Reporting to the LATAM Compensation and Benefits Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the region.

The Sr HR Analyst will focus on data analysis, performance indicators, and maintaining consistent and competitive practices, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and compliance with local legislation. The professional will collaborate with HR leaders and managers across different countries, providing technical support and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, review, and optimization of salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs to promote employee satisfaction and engagement.

  • Conduct benchmarking studies and market analyses to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company practices.

  • Partner with suppliers and brokers, monitoring costs, utilization, and service quality indicators.

  • Support projects related to benefits, wellness, and engagement, in collaboration with HRBPs and Payroll teams.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and ensuring clarity regarding compensation and benefits policies.

  • Support the annual compensation review process by preparing reports and analytical insights to assist in decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.

  • Support payroll administration for LATAM countries, ensuring data accuracy, meeting deadlines, and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Maintain control of occupational health programs and mandatory technical reports required by legislation.

 

 

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within multinational environments.

  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and salary structure design.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English required; Spanish is considered a plus.
