Sr LATAM HR Analyst People Analytics
Our client is a leading multinational organization recognized for its strong presence and innovation in its field. Reporting to the LATAM HR Manager, this position plays a key role in transforming data into strategic insights that support decision-making across the region.
The Sr LATAM HR Analyst People Analytics will collect, interpret, and analyze workforce data to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive data-based HR initiatives across Latin America. The professional will collaborate with HR leaders and managers from different countries, strengthening analytical culture and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and metrics.
Responsibilities:
Design, update, and maintain HR dashboards consolidating KPIs related to talent management, engagement, diversity, turnover, and productivity.
Generate and analyze HR metrics reports to support strategic decision-making across LATAM.
Identify trends and correlations between workforce indicators and business results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR databases and reports, supporting audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data integration, process automation, and reporting efficiency.
Support projects related to employee engagement, eNPS analysis, and retention strategies.
Develop and deploy People Analytics communication and training materials to promote data-driven culture within HR and business areas.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in People Analytics processes and tools.
Key Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Proven experience with People Analytics, HR dashboards, and KPI management in regional or multinational environments.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of HR metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement, productivity).
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL; experience with SAP and Oracle is an advantage.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data visualization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
